Welcome to Beyond Country Duo

Freddie & I met at San Jacinto Elementary school (Amarillo) in the 1st grade and have been best friends/ brothers ever since. That was 5 decades ago. Fred quickly became a member of the family. Along with our two older brothers Charlie Weathersbee (drums) and Ronnie Weathersbee (bass & vocals), We formed Beyond Country Band in 2012.

As a family band we were giving some incredible opportunities to play some pretty incredible gigs. We played for every generation of WT alumni in Dallas at a huge venue by Texas Stadium, We were the opening band at the largest red dirt festival in Texas(Suds& Sounds) & also selected to play a huge 4th of July party at John Stiff. We were selected by the people of Amarillo through a vote, along with many many more....

Although we do not play as much as a Full Band any more, Freddie and I team up and play lots of gigs around Amarillo including Teddy Jacks, Crush Wine, GoldenLight and many many more.

We are also available as BEYOND COUNTRY DUO BAND including Charlie on the drums, and Ronnie on bass for local gigs,

private party etc..

We absolutly love entertaining and playing music for the great people in Amarillo, and look forward to many more years of jamming to some good ole country tunes.
